Neutrogena Floor Display
Johnson & Johnson needed a display to fit within Walmart Canada’s 4-way merchandiser. The objective of this project was to create a Neutrogena Center allowing the consumer easy access to a broad selection of products The display had to be constructed in corrugated in order to maintain a temporary classification, yet it had to be exceptionally solid and well constructed. The display holds over 350 units and weighs over 150 pounds when full. The display shipped fully assembled allowing easy placement at retail. Floor Graphics By T & T
T & T Graphics Inc. offers floor graphics with four different approaches used to gain market share. From banks to cat food, floor graphics win customers. These presentations were designed to attract customers to the products advertised. Point of purchase promotions can shift customer purchases as much as 58% in a period of time, according to a documented study. The companies using these floor graphics reported increased sales during the time of the promotion and have ordered the floor graphic presentations. Nabisco Barnum’s Marine Floorstand
This colorful floorstand was designed to introduce "new" Barnum’s Marine animal crackers, via a unique-shaped, consumer kid-friendly display. The unit had to be easy to assemble and stock, to be shoppable on all four sides and still occupy a minimal amount of floor space. The display features an appealing dolphin which draws attention to the display as the header and represents the marine cracker collection. The display has four openings in a circular bin which is designed low to the floor, allowing consumers (kids) easy access to the product. Coors Light Race Car Inflatables
This Coors Inflatable features full dimensional construction, 40 inches long, bringing the excitement of Nascar to the point of sale. The Coors Light Race Car Inflatable was designed and created by The Integer Group and Sterling Promotional Corp., 2 Gannett Drive, White Plains, NY 10604.
Atomic Ski USA Freestanding Ski Merchandiser
The objective of this display was to create a conspicuous presence in ski shops and secure space for presentation of the complete line. The use of natural and high-tech materials combines the outdoor nature of skiing with the technological aspects of the skis. These displays are being well received. The Atomic Ski USA Freestanding Ski Merchandiser was created by Acrylic Designs Inc., 100 River Street, Springfield, Vermont 05156.
Armor All Car Wax Inflatable
This 12 ft. ARMOR ALL CAR WAX BOTTLE inflatable provides an excellent advertising tool at automotive trade shows and outdoor promotions throughout the country. The design is very ‘user friendly’, easy to set up and convenient to ship to other show locations. The huge, outstanding inflatable is made of the highest quality materials including digital artwork to create four color graphics and outstanding photographic images, adding to its realism and eye appeal. Quest Banking Promotion
Banc One Corporation wanted to promote the partnership between Quest Banking and the Columbus Quest ABL Basketball team and to promote Quest checking and credit card products. The display features expanded Polystyrene sub-structure, a 4-color screen printed styrene mounted on the base. The customer supplied premium is trapped by 4-color screen printed foam core header card. Candie’s Banners & Banner Stands
Candie’s recently provided its retailers with eye-catching p.o.p. materials to attract the attention of young girls at the point-of-purchase. The retail kits included colorful two-sided banners, custom powder-coated banner stands, screen printed with Candie’s logo identification, two-sided static cling window stickers and table mats. These materials were created by DJ Graphics, 127 South Broadway, Nyack NY, 10960, which used its trademarked Transcendence technology to print the banners and table mats.
Whitehall-Robins Centrum Display Program
Whitehall-Robins wanted to introduce a new line of products to the marketplace with a flexible display vehicle to meet needs of all classes of trade, and yet maintain a family identity. This family of units, floorstand, counter unit and powering were created with 4-color process print direct to corrugated board. The modularity offered by the units proved to be beneficial at retail, while offering cost savings and flexibility. Anheuser-Busch Inflatable Crab For Budweiser
Anheuser-Busch wanted to tie into the local excitement of crab "season" in the Maryland market. This inflatable crab holding a can of Budweiser was hung in local package stores and food retailers to create the association of crab season with Budweiser Beer. This promotion helped the brand maintain its position as the most popular beer in Maryland. The Sun System is a line of high quality displays for merchandising eyewear. The displays offer a contemporary look providing a clean, crisp appearance that is easily shopped by consumers. Duracell, Inc. & K-Mart
Battery Center
This display was designed to be the major battery center of the store. It was necessary to create a highly visible four-sided unit with large merchandising graphic panels. In addition, the retailer had to be able to re-configure the display with different combinations of steel scanner hooks and or steel channels riveted to steel uprights. A vacuum formed header, injection molded corners and extruded sides combine to make a header with a hidden storage compartment. K-Mart reported a direct increase in sales of 25% due to the high visibility of the display, central location of the product and four sided access to the product. Scruples Professional Salon Products ColorArt Kit Display
Scruples Professional Salon Products needed a merchandiser for the introduction of its conditioning Color Gloss product line. Scruples wanted a kit that was portable and which attractively displayed its full line of Color Art Products. This unique fold-out display box presents the line at trade shows and in hair care salons. The Color Art presentation kit folds down to a compact 13 ½" size and weights only 9 lbs. 4 oz. The ColorArt Kit Display was designed by Meridian Display working with the Scruples Marketing Department, 162 York Avenue East, Saint Paul, Minnesota 55117.
MTH Interactive Kiosk
Offers Realistic Visuals and Sounds
This interactive kiosk was designed for MTH Trains for use in upscale malls and department stores throughout the country The objective was to attract shoppers to the display by creating a realistic 6’ train facade with working lights and computer generated train sounds. The kiosk, which can be seen form hundreds of feet, draws shoppers from all sight points. Once there, they are able to fins out more about MTH Model Trains by using an interactive touch-screen. By using a credit card swipe located below the touchscreen, they are able to purchase trains and accessories, receive a receipt and have the purchase shipped to any locations within twenty-four hours. Tony & Tina Lipstick Display & Hair Mascara Display
The Tony & Tina Displays introduce their product with creativity and a sense of humor that sets them apart from their competitors. The displays feature accessible testers and products, setting a standard for a compact open sell unit. The Tony & Tina Lipstick display and Hair Mascara Display were created by The Royal Promotion Group, 119 West 57th Street, New York, NY 10019.
Godzilla Soundtrack Display
This display was placed in movie and music retailers to capitalize on the enormous popularity of the film and soundtrack release. Marketing and advertising strategies focused on the enormity of the film’s release (it opened on a record number of screens) and the soundtrack’s compilation of musical talent, as well as the focus on the "Godzilla" theme itself. All of the artwork from the film was incorporated into a dynamic, lifelike 3-D display of this incredible monster, ultimately successfully reaching out to the soundtrack’s primary demographic (15-30). The Godzilla Soundtrack Display was created by The Ventura Group Inc., 171 Remington Blvd., Ronkonkoma, NY 11779.
Seiko Kinetic and Pulsar Solar Banners
The key objective of this banner system was to add excitement at the point of sale for the new Seiko Kinetic and Pulsar Solar watch collections. The banners were also used as part of a retailer incentive program. Retailers who bought more watches were given the banners for free. A 4-color silk screen process was used to place the vivid colors on the hand-sewn satin banners and black powder-coated wire stands were specially engineered to balance easily. A 27" counter banner was developed as well as a 72" floorstand banner, in order to fit in a variety of retail locations. The banner system was in high demand, causing most participating retailers to accept 18 watches rather than just 6. Casio Tax Time Floorstand Display
This Casio Floorstand Display is featured in the Casio Tax Time promotion which spotlights calculators as well as label printers for tax forms and general use. The theme created by promoting these items gives Casio a flexible market tool to highlight new items during the tax season. The graphic panels on this display also illustrate the products’ many household and educational uses. The Casio Tax Time Floorstand Display was created by Mack Chicago, Corp., 2555 S. Art Fusion Fixture
Art Fusion required an attention getting floor display that would occupy a limited amount of floor space and yet present a full product line and customer graphics, for its unique line of Hardbodies Workout Animal Statues. The display also needed to be enclosed and yet provide easy access. This display combines the elegance of clear acrylic display shelving with the drama of a black tower and globe. Brushed aluminum strips accent the header and base. The display has five revolving shelves holding 20 Hardbodies statues and includes top and bottom acrylic doors. The display, measuring only 20" in diameter, is ideally suited for the limited space existing in fitness center retail shops and sports specialty stores. The top globe has been customized with high impact graphics and the shelving arrangement allows for the uncluttered presentation of the unique statues. Plumrose Floor Display
Plumrose required a display that would establish an off-shelf presence for the Plumrose product. This four shelf display is a stock unit that has been customized to match the Plumrose package with their colors and logo prominently shown. The sturdy unit is available in variety of sizes and is one of a Stack-a-tray stock displays. It holds a good supply of product and is attractive and economical. Integer Group Coors Fiberoptic Display
The Integer Group wanted a brand identity sign for a long-standing brew, Coors Original Banquet Beer. This sign features bubbles which are animated using fiber optics, as was the sparkling blue water. The signs, which are shipping now, began with 29 units and followed up with a production order. The Coors Fiberoptic Display was created by Fiberoptic Lighting, Inc., 950 SE "M" Street, Grants Pass, OR 97526.
David Peyser Sportswear Weatherproof Garment Rack Toppe
David Peyser Sportswear was looking for a display to place on top of garment racks to aid in creating their brand image. The display needed to provide graphic areas and information on the high-tech fabrics used in their clothing line. The display also needed to look like fine furniture to complement the decor of high end department stores and allow for graphic changes based on seasonal clothing fashions. This wooden garment rack topper is designed to display four seasonal sales photos while calling attention to the Weatherproof Garments section in upscale outlets. The weatherproof logo is hot stamped in gold foil above the front and rear display panels. The unit is made of furniture grade plywood with clear acrylic window inserts and a chromed steel base. The use of CNC milling technology and modular construction reduced manufacturing costs. The Weatherproof Rack Topper was created by Heritage Frame & Glass Creations, P.O. Worth, Inc. Bat, Glove and Bag Display
Worth wanted a display which would maximize usage of space, set it apart from its competition, avoid having to remove old product lines when introducing new products and educate the consumer on increasing technology in an environment where they receive little if any assistance. This 4-sided display holds 72 bats, 16 fielders’ gloves, 4 dozen batting gloves and 12 equipment bags. The display holds $16,000 of product in a 40" x 40" footprint. The freestanding display allowed Worth to create its own island and separate itself from the competition, as well as giving the brand more prominence. Six large graphics cards educated the consumer on new technology and all feature and benefit information. The design of the display coupled with the oversized headers helped establish Worth as a premium brand. NASCAR/Team Inflatable Racing Seat
This inflatable racing seat is designed like an actual team race car. It features the authentic logos and colors of the team as well as a bucket seat with tires and armrest. There is a drink holder in each tire armrest. The racing seat is perfect for use at tailgate parties and as a promotional item. It measures 50" x 36" x 43". It has been featured on TV. The NASCAR/Team Inflatable Racing Seat was created by Alvimar Performance Corp., 51-02 21st Street, Long Island City, New York, 11101.
New Stock CD/CD-Rom Display
Alpak Manufacturing Corporation recently introduced its SCD-138 CD Display to its expanding line of stock P.O.P. displays, all of which may be custom-printed in-house. This display offers a "browser" capability allowing the consumer to browse through multiple titles, just like a true music store bin. In addition, it has a bottom pleat which can be printed along with the header for "extra exposure". This display comes packed KDF in its own mailer including instruction sheets for in-store set-up. Power Bar Countertop Acrylic Display
Power Bar, Inc. wanted to build brand exposure of the Power Bar product name and corporate colors within the young, active generation and increase product availability in health and food related distribution channels. This Power Bin was designed exclusively for the national chain of Sports Authority retail outlets. Additionally hundreds of displays were placed in various professional sport teams locker rooms. The Power Bin has increased market share of the Power Bar and the Harvest Bar with brand recognition in the retail environment also increased. Fiske Industries Hair Mascara Display
This display was designed to introduce Fiske Industries’ hair mascara to an international market. The fabricated blue acrylic unit has 45-degree beveled edges and a mirrored base to reflect the colors and shapes of the products. Cut and polished clear tubes are angled out and up to hold the eight color shades. These units were designed and produced for international distribution. Majestic Hardwood Flooring Display
This impactful metal hardwood sample display was designed to merchandise 24 hardwood flooring patterns and colors as well as a cleaning product. It also provides product information. The display features a 4-color process silk screen laser cut header sign and has a metallic green powder finish. The display achieved increased distribution in floor covering retail stores and sales. The Majestic Hardwood Flooring Display was created by Nashville Display Mfg. Co., 1415 Elm Hill Pike, Nashville, TN 37210.
