Fuji Two Story Exhibit
Fuji wanted an exhibit that would support its position as a leader in the industry. The exhibit had to incorporate large manufacturing equipment into the exhibit space and to include a “Lexus” type showroom environment. This 5,000 square-foot exhibit featured an elevated walkway to lift the visitor off the floor and provide an aerial view of the operational machinery, the best view to see how all the equipment networked. The elevation also promoted the “showroom feel” and facilited traffic flow. Interior design remained simple and elegant with workstations emitting calming colors while providing the Hi-tech appearance and functional demonstrations. A second-story conference center provided privacy for meeting with clients. The Fuji Two Story Exhibit was created by Contempo Design, 1800 Industrial Drive, Libertyville, IL 60048.
Sprint PCS 10' ft. Pop-Up Exhibit
Sprint PCS required an easy-to-ship and easy-to-assemble exhibit to promote brand awareness of the Spring PCS® Wireless Web™, which allows connection to the Internet through a wireless phone. This 10-ft. Pror Pop-Up display features a full photomural designed by Hubbell/Tyner-George E. Fern Co. The unit is visually appealing and easy to set up and also saves money for the client on labor at show sites and in shipping. The portable PRO display can be shipped Fedex, UPS or common carrier. The Sprint PCS 10' ft. Pop-Up Exhibit was created by Professional Display, Inc., 2084 East Francis St., Ontario, CA 91761.
Chicago Convention & Tourism Bureau 20' x 20' Island Exhibit
This exhibit was designed to portray Chicago as "The City by the Lake". It promoted the value and benefits of McCormick Place and Navy Pier exhibit hall sin relation to other city attractions. It featured the tagline: “Attractions, not Distractions.” The exhibit actively represented new themes and generated over 200 new leads. The Chicago Convention & Tourism Bureau Island Exhibit was created by Derse Exhibits, 3693 Bur Wood Drive, Waukegan, IL 60085.
LENS TECH 20' “Illumarama” Backlite Exhibit
LENS TECH, an international medical firm supplying eye surgeons, required a high visibility exhibit to inform eye surgeons about the firm's plastic lens for implanting use. A revolving header was designed to give exposure from all angles in the hall. The display is dominated by large back-lit graphics panels. The system is portable and modular which allows individual units to be used in 10' booths. It features large back-lit graphics on 80% of the visible part of the system. The graphics were designed by Kershner Bibber & Associates. The exhibit was well received and has been successful in conveying the company's product message. The LENS TEC “Illumarama” Backlit Exhibit was created by Creative Color Inc., 4911 W. Grace St., Tampa, FL 33607.
Reeves Teletape Tubular Exhibit
Reeves Teletape required an open, inexpensive exhibit for its trade show program. This exhibit was designed using the Abstracta Structures tubular exhibit system which features modular steel tubes and internal connectors. The system also includes graphic panels which can be inserted between tubes to provide a background. The Abstracts System is light weight, but strong, and can be re-used in many different configurations. This exhibit was designed by George Corrin Jr. The Reeves Teletape Tubular Exhibit was created by Abstracta Original Ltd., 347 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10016.
Plant Equipment Demonstration Exhibit
Plan Equipment Inc., required an exhibit which emphasized its leadership position in it industry and provide space for effective demonstrations. Overhead structures featured illuminated translucent bold sweeping forms with imagery on fabric scrim. Technical treatment of media on "floating" plasma screens, expressed the desired high tech image. Demonstrations stations of wood, steel and aluminum were easily accessed off the aisles, but faced inward to attract visiting customers. Colorful Modular Exhibit
This exhibit booth was designed for an investment company that required a booth which offered the ease of modularity. This exhibit assembles in less than 45 minutes as either a 10' x 10' x 20' configuration, using the patented Iver button and channel assembly. Colorful graphics feature high grade laminates of silver and maple. The graphics are displayed on a unique stand-off system that is fully adjustable. Custom angle cut counters provide a sophisticated presence. This Colorful Modular Exhibit was created by Iver Display, 110 Pennsylvania Avenue, Bangor, PA 18013.
Syngenta, a world leader in the agribusiness industry as the result of a recent merger, required a new trade show presence to introduce the new ‘Syngenta’ to its key audiences. Syngenta retained Exhibit Resources, Inc. in Raleigh, NC, a dealer for Exponents—Component-based custom exhibits, to develop a trade show exhibit. A 50’ x 70’ double-deck exhibit was developed by Exponents in record time. The result was a massive booth, which premiered at the International Golf Course Superintendent’s Show in Dallas, TX. This Sygenta exhibit was created by Exhibit Resources, Inc., 3707 Neil Street, Raleigh, NC 27607.
