Inflatable "Siemens Image Towers"

The inflatable "Image Towers" were developed with Siemens branding and product pictorials. The l0-ft tall inflatables were produced with changeable graphic "skins". They were used in the promotion of Siemens mobile phones to "drive" sales at Siemens sales/distribution centers. The inflatables increased customer awareness and traffic, resulting in increased unit sales whenever the "Image Towers" were used. The Inflatable "Siemens Image Towers" were created by The Inflatable Marketplace, l8l0 Gillespie Way, Suite 202, El Cajon,CA 92020.


New End Cap Power Panels

A new line of End Cap/Power Panels were introduced by Trion Industries, in a range of versions from basic End Cap alone to a fully outfitted selling system complete with header sign holder, single-prong, loop or scanning hooks. Also available are open wire shelves, shelf edge and hook label holders and end-cap-specific strip merchandisers. The basic End Cap is industry standard l4.5" wide by 48" high by 4" deep in powder coated beige, black, plating-lie silver or optionally in other colors. Each unit includes universal mounting hardware with ties, screws and metal brackets for immediate installation onto virtually any gondola, shelf unit or vertical surface. Accessories can be ordered packed directly with End Caps to create complete kits for easy distribution to end-use locations. Nintendo DS Toys R Us Launch Island

This display was to designed to merchandise the Nintendo DS (short for dual-screen) out of category, at Toys R Us. The display had to highlight the product's twin color screens, sharper graphics and the feel of a PDA. The display claimed permanent front end real estate for Nintendo at Toys R Us while also providing flexibility for long-term product mix. The unit merchandises traditional Nintendo along side the Nintendo DS units. The graphics feature twenty-something consumers who dominate the graphic panels, which is the target consumer. The color palette of the display is cool and sophisticated, a departure from Nintendo's traditional use of bold colors. The Nintendo DS Toys R Us Launch Island was created by New Dimensions Research Corp., 260 Spagnoli Road, Melville, NY 11747.


Bija Tea Counter Display

Bija Tea needed a display that would convey the same earthy, natural look and feel as their teas do. This display uses a variety of manufacturing processes and materials. The unit has a small footprint and a large product capacity. The design fits perfectly on a crowded counter top and looks more like furniture than a display. The unit is constructed of heavy gauge rolled wire, bull-nosed steel shelving, heavy gauge, laser cut logo steel base, with four-color process signage and a rustic powder coat finish. The Bija Tea Counter Display was created by Lingo Manufacturing Co., lnc., 7400 Industrial Road, Florence, KY 4l042.


Mr. Long Arm Ultimate Display and Wing Kit

This display was designed to increase awareness of Mr. Long Arm new extension poles and their ergonomic shaped handles that make tasks easier and more comfortable. The display shows a variety of pole extensions. An optional wing kit shows shorter extension handles. The display provides information and highlights features and benefits of the product and also educates the consumer. The Mr. Long Arm Ultimate Display and Wing Kit was created by Mark Novak and Associates, 6577 Avondale Avenue, Chicago, IL 60631.


Alexander Keith Condiment Caddy & Welcome Sign

This program was designed to draw consumer attention to and emphasize the Alexander Keith logo. The logo is prominently displayed on the Welcome Sign and Condiment Caddy. The sign features the logo screen printed on top with an inlaid chalkboard for daily specials or features. The handcrafted Condiment Caddy is constructed of stained wood and features an acrylic holder to hold 4" x 6" table tent inserts. This program draws attention to the Alexander Keith logo on entering the establishment and in a more intimate table setting. The Alexander Keith Condiment Caddy and Welcome Sign were created by Heritage Sign & Display, Inc., 344 Industrial Road, Nesquehoning, PA l8240.


Snapple "Win Yourself A Favor!" Display Spectacular

This display is a floor-standing case topper with signage printed 5-color litho plus aqueous coating. The corrugated floor-standing unit features two-sided graphics with a litho mounted foam core motion hand unit on one side. The moving sign runs on a battery-operated motor with on/off switch and has an anticipated running time of approximately 90 days. The display promotes the sale of various Snapple and Diet Snapple beverages and encourages participation in Snapple's "Win Yourself A Favor" under the cap Instant Win Game. The Snapple "Win Yourself A Favor!" Display Spectacular was created by Arrow Display, Division of Mannkraft Corp., l00 Frontage Road, Newark, NJ 07114.


Pepsi Football Sweepstakes End Aisle

Pepsi and the Football Leagues featured a selection of pos materials as part of a national promotion to call attention to a sweepstakes promotion. This End Aisle Display was utilized to increase excitement about the upcoming season in addition to awareness for the sweepstakes. The end aisle was constructed of a corrugate material with screen printing in four color directly on the corrugated. The display was die cut to shape and packed with hardware for multiple shipping locations. The end aisle was one of a selection of pieces available for on-premise use. The Pepsi Football Sweepstakes End Aisle was created by Proprint Services Inc., 562l Finch Avenue East, Unit 5, Toronto, Ontario Canada MlB 2T9.


Bethany Hamilton Fragrance Launch Display

Two years ago l3 year old Bethany Hamilton was attacked by a shark and lost her arm. Since then she has become an inspiration for many people encouraging others to follow their dreams despite obstacles. This display was designed to launch a new line of fragrances for teens created by Revelations Perfume & Cosmetics. The display had to take up a small amount of counter space, hold l5 pieces of product and include tester areas for each fragrance.The display had to appeal particularly to small retailers (specialty surf shops) with limited counter space. The design did not include a riser which increased flexibility for placement in the store The display uses high-impact litho graphics showing Bethany Hamilton in her surfing milieu. The Bethany Hamilton Fragrance Launch Display was created by Menasha Display Group, 60l E. Erie Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19134.


Jim Beam 5-Case Stacker Display

This Jim Beam 5-Case Stacker was designed to reinforce Jim Beam's heritage as well as to increase brand recognition and market presence in upscale, high volume markets. The freestanding display rack was designed to replicate a l/2 scale replica of the oak barrels used in the Jim Beam Bourbon distilling process. The display rack measures 75" tall by l8" deep by 24" wide and can hold more than five cases of the product. To achieve the realism and high visual impact of weathered cedar and finished oak, the display was molded from rigid polyurethane foam The multi colored logos for the header and barrel ends ties back o the packaging and other merchandising elements for a consistent marketing message. This display was created for Jim Beam by MoldRite Products, Inc., N29 W22870 Marjean Lane, Waukesha, Wisconsin 53l86-l0l6.


Antonio Banderas For Women

As a follow up to the successful men's fragrance launch, Antonio Banderas Spirit For Women will be launched this fall in approximately 24,000 mass locations. A variety of custom designed displays including counter top, power wings, end caps and collateral, all designed to meet individual needs of retailers, will support the launch. All colors and graphics were updated to reflect the women's positioning. The goal was to create a prestige look at mass. The Antonio Banderas For Women was designed and manufactured by The Royal Promotion Group, ll9 West 57th Street, New York, NY 10019.


Zima Cell Phone42" Inflatable

The Zima brand required an eye-catching point of sale piece to help promote their cross promotion with MSN. This inflatable cell phone turned out to be a perfect solution. The Zima Cell Phone is easy to inflate and set up. Inflatables make terrific displays for maximum impact at an economical cost. The Zima Cell Phone 42" Inflatable was created by Sterling Promotional Corp., 30l0 Westchester Avenue, Purchase, NY 10577.


Pay Spot Floor Display

The Pay Spot Display was designed to provide a highly visible permanent floor display to merchandise a good selection of phone calling cards. The attractive 3-sided display is constructed from wood and metal and has a curved, die cut header sign to attract consumers. Signs may be interchangeable. Metal and wood parts have a powder coated finish. The display received positive feed back from the field. The Pay Spot Floor Display was created by Nashville Display, 306 Hartman Drive, Lebanon, TN 37087.


Quick-Step Signature Display

This display was designed to bring a new look to the laminate flooring industry by getting away from the trend towards wood grains and very masculine looking displays. This unit was designed using softer colors (caramel and saffron), large radiuses on the back panels, down lighting, edge lighting and back lighting which provided a softer looking display geared to the female buyer. The Quick-Step Signature Display was created by Harbor Industries, Inc., 14130 172nd Street, Grand Haven, MI 49417.


Grand Marnier Floorstand

This display for Grand Marnier promotes the summer drink - "A Better Margarita" using Grand Marnier to make the drink. The unit features an eye-catching tree which is produced from a fiberboard drum with a vacuum formed top, wrapped in burlap. Plastic injection molded shelves support the weight of the Grand Marnier bottles. The center signs are litho laminated to Styrene and the base is of wood laminated particle board. The design of the display features various processes and materials which all make for an attractive presentation for the "Better Margarita" promotion. The Grand Marnier Floorstand was created by Flair Display Inc., 3920 Merritt Avenue, Bronx, NY l0466.


Luminaire Ultra ® III Ultra-thin Backlit Graphic Display

This backlit display provides a narrow profile of l-5/8" minimizing fixture awareness and allowing the viewer to focus on the graphic message. The frame flips open on all four sides for easy graphic and service access. The cold-cathode fluorescent lamps have a life expectancy of up to 9 years without lamp changes in a typical retail environment. Light distribution is extraordinarily even through an innovative method of edgelighting an internal, precision-etched acrylic panel.
