Eletech Electronics has introduced the QuikWave EM3028B-X digital audio animator for point-of-purchase display, trade show exhibit and other promotional applications. The EM3028B-X is the first QuikWave model capable of doing complex, audio synchronized animations. In addition to the WAV file playback capability, the unit comes with eight relays that can be programmed to turn on and off at any time during the playback. These relays can then be used to control external devices such as lights and motors. Relay control programming is made easy by a utility program called QWAplay.
