Display Werks has launched “XC” Series LCD flat panel displays for digital signage. The XC series, which stands for “extended computer,” LCD displays allow computer signals such as video, touch screen, stereo audio, mouse and keyboard to be transmitted up to 750 feet. “This is a break-through for digital signage,” said Mark Harriman, President, Display Werks. “For years flat panel display technology has been limited by a six foot VGA cable.
