Medela Offers Fitting Room Merchandiser

The Intimate Apparel Fitting Room/Merchandiser is a 2-in-1 unit which provides retailers with a flexible merchandiser to display Medela’s complete intimate apparel product line in an exclusive, space-saving manner and offer a private, comfortable fitting room in locations without dressing facilities.

Placement of this unit has permanently secured valuable retail space, gained incremental category sales, presented the complete product line in one centralized location and increased brand identity.

The Intimate Apparel Fitting Room/Merchandiser was created for Medela by ASA Incorporated, Bensenville, IL.


Timex Displays Turn & Pull Alarm

Timex has introduced the Turn & Pull Alarm, the first analog watch with an accurate alarm function.

This acrylic countertop display, which merchandises an assortment of 12 Turn & Pull Alarm watches, has a header card illustrating ease of use.


Ultimate VisionSpinner Display Features Sports Sunglasses

Ultimate Vision, Huntingdon Valley, PA, manufacturers of licensed sports vision sunglasses, is offering retailers this plastic floor spinner display.

The unit offers high impact visibility to encourage impulse purchases. It is durable and ships fully assembled for retailer convenience. According to Randy Ostrow, Vice President of Sales, retailers can choose their own team assortment.

Ultimate Vision also offers a variety of counter spinner displays and corrugated displays to accommodate every retailers’ needs.


New Eddie Bauer Eyewear POP

Eddie Bauer Eyewear for both men and women, has been launched by Signature Eyewear, Inglewood, CA, featuring frame styles inspired by the great outdoors.

"When our optical eyewear retailers stock Eddie Bauer, they gain immediate access to a well-established, loyal customer base," said Bob Fried, Sr. V.P., Marketing, Signature Eyewear.

Signature Eyewear is supporting the line with a POP kit including: The Two-Sided Eddie Bauer Lifestyle AdBox featuring a typical Eddie Bauer couple on each side enjoying life; the Single Frame Logo Box Display, designed to highlight a best-selling frame; and The Three-Place Display, which enables retailers to display a combination of three frames and or clip-ons.


New Movado Stores Showcase Jewelry, Home Decoratives And Accessories

Movado, one of the world’s most recognized watch companies, has launched a retail expansion program with the opening of two new stores, in the metropolitan New York area. With this retail expansion, Movado is presenting jewelry, decorative items for the home and table, personal and desk accessories, and clocks, available exclusively in Movado stores. The stores also carry Movado’s signature timepieces.

Movado’s new stores are 1,500 to 2,000 sq. ft. on one level, with modern facades and interiors. The Movado name appears on a limestone ledge that seems to float in front of a curved backdrop. Inside, the showcases also seem to float, thereby perpetuating "always in motion," the literal translation of Movado’s name.

The stores are designed by James D’Auria Associates.


Hilfiger & NintendoTeam For Promotion

Nintendo of America and Tommy Hilfiger have formed an agreement in which Tommy Hilfiger stores will feature permanent Nintendo 64 interactive kiosks playing the latest Nintendo 64 video games.

The Tommy Hilfiger name and highly recognizable flag logo will be prominently featured in Nintendo’s new 1080 degree Snowboarding video game for Nintendo 64. In return, Tommy Hilfiger will design and sell special limited edition 1080 degree Snowboarding jackets, sweatshirts and t-shirts.

"In much the same way Nintendo 64 has revolutionized teen entertainment, Tommy Hilfiger is doing with teen fashion," said Peter Main, Nintendo’s Exec. V.P., Sales and Marketing.
