The demonstration theater is ideal for patrons who desire to watch world-class chefs preparing their signature dishes. It incorporates multi-level, theater-type seating overlooking a state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen. Multiple video monitors ensure that as many as 40 students have a clear overhead view of all cooking surfaces. The teaching kitchen features five cooking stations outfitted with stainless steel cabinetry and countertops, as well as Viking appliances, allowing up to 12 students to work on the finest equipment.
In the retail shop, consumers can purchase the tools they need to create their most inspired dishes.Viking appliances will not be sold at Viking Culinary Arts Centers. Consumers wishing to purchase appliances will be referred to their local authorized Viking dealer.
According to Brad Hall, President, UGI Enterprises and Hearth USA, "The hearth, patio and spa products market is highly fragmented. There are hundreds of product manufacturers and thousands of small dealers. Because there is no full spectrum retailing venues to merchandise these items, most consumers have no idea of the choices they have available; the potential for growth in this and related leisure products is enormous."
The 24,000 sq. ft. store, will allow consumers to experience products through fully merchandised "at home" vignettes. There will be a state-of-the-art design center and regularly scheduled live product demonstrations.

This eye-catching Standee Ballot Box Display was designed as a cross-promotional piece for McDonalds Johnsonville and The Weber Grill Company. Meridian produced this display working with Arnold Advertising of New York. The promotion was used in an in-store contest/give-away for the Milwaukee/McDonalds Co-op during the spring of 1999.
