UGI Enterprises Launches Hearth USA

UGI Enterprises announced plans to launch a chain of retail stores called Hearth USA. This new retail concept will be a one-stop shopping super center for quality hearth, fireplace, spa, gourmet grill and patio products, plus services, design and installation.

According to Brad Hall, President, UGI Enterprises and Hearth USA, "The hearth, patio and spa products market is highly fragmented. There are hundreds of product manufacturers and thousands of small dealers. Because there is no full spectrum retailing venues to merchandise these items, most consumers have no idea of the choices they have available; the potential for growth in this and related leisure products is enormous."

The 24,000 sq. ft. store, will allow consumers to experience products through fully merchandised "at home" vignettes. There will be a state-of-the-art design center and regularly scheduled live product demonstrations.
