House Full Of Windows Display Promotes Giveaway

This self-standing promotional display features “in-in-motion” tech nology, going through three phases as it promotes the Kensington Windows’ “House Full of Windows” giveaway.

The display’s animation runs for over six months on two AA batteries. The sign can be customized for a local Kensington Windows dealer.

The “House Full of Windows” promotional display features innovative animation technology provided by E-Ink, Inc., of Cambridge, MA.


Jonsteen Displays Flower-Grow And Tree-Start Kits

This floor display was created for the Jonsteen Company who wanted to portray its flower grow-kits and tree start-kits as an outdoor theme presentation to the consumer.

The display features a maple ply design with a series of shelves designed to accommodate its standard shipping cartons. With printed graphics on the cartons, the display allows a side visual for product identification.

This display has helped increase sales by providing greater visibility for the product.

The display was created for Jonsteen by Metal FX, a Willits, CA-based p.o.p. display firm.


Black & Decker Offers Bach Solo Collection

Black & Decker is using this display to merchandise its newest faucet line, the Bach Solo Collection.

The display’s unique shaped black back panel and base allow for the backdrop in which the wire and tubular frame can facilitate the use of an adjustable shelf that allows for the merchandising of two products. A large curvature of the back panel is mounted with a laminated sheet, silk-screened with musical notes and images in colors that mirror the product packaging and Bach name, which is silk-screened onto a brushed silver mylar header.

This display was created for Black & Decker by Felbro, Inc. of Los Angeles, CA.


St. Andrews Promotes Ceramics In-Store

St. Andrew’s Abbey is using this perforated hardboard and painted wood display to promote its line of ceramics.

The display rotates to provide convenient access to the products from all sides.

The display also features an attached catalog for special orders of products not merchandised on the display.

The compact display features the St. Andrews trademark Angel and name. The unit allows for flexible placement of different merchandise selections.

This display was created for St. Andrew’s Abbey by R/P Creative Sales, Inc., a point-of-purchase display firm based in Burbank, CA.


Windchime Display Promotes Popular Product Category

Windchimes are a popular category for United Design and this user-friendly windchime display was created for the retailer in mind.

The display will merchandise over 30 different SKU’s and features storage for 36 to 48 others.

By hanging the windchimes from the top of the display, the unit attracts attention, and encourages shopper interaction to listen to the windchimes. This design is also extremely space efficient.

The display is constructed of wood, which provides durability and a warm appearance.


Dutch Boy Introduces ‘Twist & Pour’ Container

Dutch Boy Paint has introduced the “Twist & Pour” paint container, an all-plastic gallon featuring a twist-off lid, side handle and pour spout. The new container eliminates the need for screwdrivers or other tools used to open paint cans while extending the shelf life of unused paint.

Retailers also benefit from the new paint container. “The new ‘Twist & Pour’ container can mean an eight percent increase in shelf holding power by accommodating more product in the same space,” said Adam Chafe, Dutch Boy Paint Director of Marketing.


London Drugs Front End Display

London Drugs, a Canadian drug chain that offers a product mix similar to some mass merchandisers, is featuring this Centre, an elaborate display which includes lighting in the valance to create a dramatic effect. This display for the first time, includes high impulse battery items that have been merchandised at the London Drugs' front end, in a permanent, out-of-category secondary location. The display ships completely assembled and sets up in just 20 minutes. The London Drugs Battery Centre was created by New Dimensions Research Corp., 260 Spagnoli Road, Melville, NY 11747.


Arbor Display for Ocean Organics

This Arbor Display for Ocean Organics specialty fertilizers was designed to showcase the product's dramatic color packaging graphics in an open natural display environment. The knockdown unit was constructed from eastern White Pine and was whitewashed to replicate a traditional garden arbor. The display has been an important part of Ocean Organic's successful efforts to achieve distribution in garden centers throughout the Northeast. The Ocean Organics Arbor Display was created, engineered and built by Coastal Woodworks & Displays, 16 Sand Hill Drive, P.O. Box 137, Nobleboro, ME 04555.


Schlage Lock Company Freestanding Display

The Schlage Lock Company is using this self-standing floor display to present a comprehensive selection of locks at eye level. The display is anchored on a sturdy steel base and allows the consumer to view the various types of locks which Schlage offers. The Schlage Lock Company Freestanding Display was created by Mark Novak & Associates Inc., 149 North Northwest Highway, Park Ridge, Illinois 60068.


$50,000 Plus

The Homestore Double-Deck Exhibit includes two conference rooms, a lounge area, theaters and interactive work stations. The deck was constructed of aluminum and scrims with exposed timberstrand used in the work stations. A wave structure provided Homestore with an effective identity that could be seen from all parts of the Show floor. The second deck included plasma screens and flat screen monitors in the theater and work stations to allow sales people to interact with their customers.
