Pantene Rolls Out ‘Love Your Hair’ Truck Tour

Trailer Technologies, Inc. (TTI), designer and manufacturer of specialized transportation and exhibition trailers, has completed a $1 million expansion of its Walled Lake, MI facility. The expansion included the addition of 12,000 sq. ft. to the Company’s existing 20,000 sq. ft. construction shop and provides more space to keep up with a 40% increase in sales over last year. The reason for the expansion, explained Jack Syer, TTI President, is that more companies are seeking alternatives to bring their messages and products to consumers and other targeted audiences.
Chi-Chi’s Rolls Out ‘Street Teams’ In New VW Beetles Chi-Chi’s, Inc. has launched the “Chi-Chi’s Street Team,” an eye-catching, grassroots out-of-store promotion. The promotion features colorful Volkswagen New Beetles sporting a giant Chi-Chi’s sombrero and Chi-Chi’s branding images. “Our guests are entertainment-oriented,” said Laurie Katapski, Sr. V.P., Marketing for Chi-Chi’s. “Chi-Chi’s is taking its “Salsafication” message to the streets.” The Chi-Chi’s Street Team hands out entry forms for a contest to win the VW New Beetles. The Chi-Chi’s Street Team promotion was developed by Chancellor Marketing Group.
