re-source Water To Feature Recycling Program

Nestle Water’s new re-source natural spring water is launching at Whole Foods Market stores. re-source uses 25% recycled plastic in its bottles, while participating in a pilot of incentive-based, in-store recycling programs. For every plastic beverage container that is recycled at a Whole Foods Market store in a re-source-branded GreenOps tracking station, re-source will donate 5 cents to Keep America Beautiful.

Monique Mims, re-source Innovations Manager, said, “Through incentive-based recycling at retail re-source is changing consumer behavior and increasing recycling rates.”


Nevella Sweetener With Probiotics Introduced

Nevella with Probiotics, made by Heartland Sweeteners, is the first such sweetener designed to boost the immune system. Unlike other foods enhanced with probiotics, the GanedenBC30 probiotic used in Nevella is shelf stable. Nevella with Probiotics is available in 50-count, 100-count and 200-count packets.


Anheuser-Busch Debuts SELECT 55

Anheuser-Busch has introduced SELECT 55, the world’s lowest calorie beer. With 55 calories per 12-ounce serving, SELECT 55 answers a growing demand among a segment of adult drinkers who are seeking lower-calorie alcohol beverages to complement their lifestyles.

“SELECT 55 is ideal for adults who want to enjoy beer without feeling guilty about the calories,” said Pat McGauley, V.P. Innovation, Anheuser-Busch.


Gatorade Debuts Jordan Gatorade Thirst Quencher

To commemorate Michael Jordan’s induction into the Basketball Hall of Fame , Gatorade is unveiling the Limited Edition Jordan Series of Gatorade Thirst Quencher.

Senario To Sell My Secret Circle For Girls

Senario is partnering with Tween Brands’ Justice retail stores to launch My Secret Circle, the first secure social networking world designed for girls ages eight to 12 and their Internet-cautious parents.

This “plug-’n-play” product allows girls to interact with one another and share pictures in a secure, invisible online world. In addition to security, other key features of My Secret Circle include: All-About-Me profile pages with a Diva Designer avatar tool, an online journal that can be kept private or public, instant messaging, games and an extensive photo feature in which girls can upload photos, add text, décor and even create slideshows.


Polaris Launches Neighborhood Vehicle

Polaris Industries has introduced a low emission electric powered Neighborhood Vehicle, the Polaris Breeze. The vehicle is targeted for consumers living in master planned communities.

This unique, low emission vehicle is designed for multiple consumer uses such as golfing, comfortably transporting up to four passengers, or easily carrying light cargo loads.


GPS Safety Camera Locator Now Available From Cobra

Cobra Electronics has released the new SL3 GPS Safety Camera Locator with AURA Camera & Driving Hazard Database. The SL3 is a standalone GPS-enabled device that warns drivers to thousands of driving threats that include red light cameras, speed cameras and caution areas. These driving threats could cause unintended traffic violations as well as accidents. The SL3 provides drivers with heightened situational awareness.

GE Debuts Scaled Down Upscale Appliances

GE has debuted a new line of scaled down appliances with upscale features designed to satisfy the growing trend of consumers who are choosing smaller sized living spaces.
