Green Giant Vegetable Blends Deliver Targeted Health Benefits

Green Giant has introduced three frozen vegetable blends delivering targeted health benefits. Healthy Weight features sliced carrots, sugar snap peas, black beans and edamame. Immunity Boost features broccoli florets, julienne carrots and red and yellow sweet pepper strips, and Healthy Vision features sliced carrots, zucchini quarters and sliced green beans. Mike Martin, Green Giant Marketing Manager, said, “These products can help boomers meet their specific health needs.”


First Fitness Line Launched

Aqua-Leisure Industries, has introduced First Fitness, 31-sku complete exercise system designed for children ages four and up. Steve Berenson, CEO, Aqua-Leisure, said, “Aqua-Leisure is proud to introduce a product line that makes exercise fun and instills a love of physical activity in even the youngest children.”

The First Fitness line includes a create-your-own obstacle course, kid-powered treadmill, exercise mat and stability ball, activity tumbler, play parachute, and exercise bench.


Coca-Cola & Caribou Coffee Launch Iced Coffee

Coca-Cola and Caribou Coffee are launching a new line of ready-to-drink iced coffees. “The new beverage will bring the values of the Caribou coffeehouse experience to a broader national audience,” said Michael Coles, Caribou Coffee CEO.

Caribou Iced Coffee will be packaged in a 12 oz. reclosable Alumi-Tek™ aluminum bottle.


Anheuser-Busch To Distribute BORBA Waters

BORBA and Anheuser-Busch have reached an agreement that gives Anheuser-Busch responsibility for distribution and marketing of BORBA Skin Balance Waters. BORBA’s Skin Balance Waters include Clarifying, Age Defying, Firming and Replenishing varieties.

The BORBA line is sold at high-end retailers, such as Sephora and Equinox Gyms.


Ronzoni(R) Introduces Smart Taste(TM) Pasta With Added Calcium and Fiber New World Pasta has introduced Ronzoni Smart Taste pasta with three times the fiber of regular white pasta and the same amount of calcium as an eight-ounce glass of milk.

“We’re proud to offer Ronzoni Smart Taste as an innovative new line of pasta that combines great taste with nutritional benefits,” said Dave Heimbecker, Director of Marketing, New World Pasta.


Green Path Wine Launched At Whole Foods Market

The Country Vintner, Australia, announced that the first wine produced with organic grapes in a Tetra Pak carton package is available exclusively at Whole Foods Market stores. The wine, sold under the name Green Path, is made by Organic One Wines, a 100% organic winery. These wines are packaged in a Tetra Pak carton, which is more environmentally friendly than bottles.


Belkin Introduces n52te

Belkin International has introduced the n52te, a gaming keyboard built to dominate in FPS (first-person shooter), MMORPG (massive multiplayer online role-playing games), and RTS (real-time strategy) computer games. Chris McGugan, V.P., Product Management, Belkin International, said, “The n52te, with its enhanced tactile feedback, will be a hit among gamers, bringing their gaming abilities to a new level of competition.”


Timex Launches Diamond Watch Collection

Timex is introducing a comprehensive diamond watch collection. “The diamond collection speaks to a woman’s desire for everyday luxury,” said Timex Group Chief Marketing Officer Kate Shevack.

The Timex Diamond collection will retail from $125 - $325 at select department stores.


Motorola Launches RAZR2

Motorola, has announced a special edition of the new RAZR2, to celebrate the holiday season in style.

The signature RAZR2 form has been re-imagined in the most luxurious materials with elegant 18K gold plated accents and clothed in snake-like skin, and includes a full suite of features and accessories for consumers seeking a glamorous design.


Nintendo Games Shows Kids How to be Green

Nintendo has launched Chibi-Robo(TM): Park Patrol for the portable Nintendo DS. In the game, players clean up a park by planting flowers, building park equipment and defeating toxic enemies called Smoglings. George Harrison, Nintendo’s Sr. V.P., Marketing, said, “Chibi-Robo: Park Patrol represents one of the first environmentally themed video game adventures.”


Memorex Launches ‘ReNew’ Electronics Line

Memorex has teamed with the Arbor Day Foundation to help replant our national forests through sales of the Memorex ReNew line of consumer electronics. The ReNew line is designed to minimize impact on the environment through responsible choices in product design, manufacturing and packaging.

When consumers purchase ReNew products, such as the ReNew digital picture frame and ReNew Digital Music Player, Memorex will fund the planting of new trees.


DigitalGlobe Partners With Bushnell Outdoor Products

Bushnell Outdoor Products has partnered with DigitalGlobe, provider of geospatial information products for the mobile industry, to enhance the navigational capabilities of Bushnell’s ONIX200 and next-generation ONIX200CR and ONIX400. The addition of DigitalGlobe imagery will provide Bushnell’s outdoor consumers with a more realistic understanding of their location and the geography of their surroundings.
