Coca-Cola To Launch Diet Coke Plus

Coca-Cola has announced plans to launch Diet Coke Plus™, with vitamins and minerals. Diet Coke Plus is a good source of vitamins B3, B6, and B12, and the minerals zinc and magnesium.

“We wanted to offer consumers a calorie-free beverage that is a good source of essential vitamins and minerals, and that delivers the great taste they have come to expect from us,” said Katie Bayne, Sr. V.P., Coca-Cola Brands.


Wrigley Debuts ‘5’

Wrigley Co. will introduce 5, a sugar-free stick gum with long-lasting flavors combined with invigorating sensations “you can feel as you chew.” Available in Rain, Cobalt, and Flare, 5 debuts in a unique 15-stick envelope.

Martin Schlatter, Wrigley’s CMO, said, “Teens and young adults have told us they love everything about 5-from the unique tingling sensations to its bold graphics.”


Anheuser-Busch Introduces 180 Red With Goji

Anheuser-Busch is introducing 180 Red with Goji, a new energy drink with a cherry taste. The Goji berry is a small, red superfood with one of the highest antioxidant levels of any fruit.

This new energy beverage joins two new 180 flavors including 180 Blue Low-Calorie and 180 Sugar-Free Orange Citrus Blast.


Vignette Wine Country Soda Debuts

Vignette has launched Wine Country Soda, an all natural, soda sweetened only with the juice of California varietal wine grapes containing no alcohol. The first two varietals selected for this premium soda are Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

According to Pat Galvin founder of Vignette, “Wine Country Soda is a welcome alternative to ordinary sodas and bottled water.”


RGX Bodyspray From Right Guard Introduced

Henkel’s Dial Corp. is stirring up the U.S. male grooming fragrance market with the introduction of RGX Bodyspray from Right Guard. The goal is to expand the bodyspray market by targeting RGX at more mature, self-confident young males. According to Stephen Koven, Brand Manager at Dial, “We believe a prime customer for bodysprays has been ignored. He is a ‘regular guy’-old enough to be independent and spend his own money and confident enough not to want to overpower women with his fragrance.


Tropicana Organic Launches

With the launch of Tropicana Organics, Tropicana now offers 100% pure & natural juice, grown on certified organic farms, ensuring that no synthetic pesticides or other harmful chemicals have been used.

The Organic line includes Tropicana Organic Orange Juice and Orchard Medley.


Grey Goose Vodka Unveils La Poire

Grey Goose is introducing Grey Goose La Poire Flavored Vodka, the first super premium pear-flavored vodka in the U.S. The first new flavor from the brand since the launch of La Vanille in 2003, La Poire delivers a superior taste and style making it a natural extension of the Grey Goose Vodka family.


Microsoft Unveils Xbox 360 Elite

Elite, is a new model of the Xbox 360 game system that will include a 120GB hard drive, a high-definition multimedia interface (HDMI)port, a high-definition cable, and a premium black finish for the console, wireless controller and Xbox LIVE(R) headset. Xbox 360 Elite has enough space for a library of Xbox LIVE Arcade games and thousands of songs, as well as downloadable high-definition TV shows and movies available on Xbox LIVE Marketplace.


Dolce Vita Therabed Pet Beds Debut

Dolce Vita Therabed pet beds, a complete line of heated pet beds in a variety of sizes for dogs and cats, has been introduced by Bellevue, WA-based ColdHeat.

The Therabed Pet beds feature a Flat Screen Heater heat-spreading technology that evenly distributes heat to eliminate hot spots, and a proprietary thermal control that limits the heat to keep a pet’s body temperature in its normal range.


GE Digital Cameras Debut

GE and General Imaging Co. have formed an exclusive worldwide licensing agreement by which General Imaging will design, manufacture and distribute an all-new line of GE-branded digital cameras.

“The cameras from Genera Imaging are truly worthy of the GE name, representative of GE's leadership in technology and innovation,” said Brad Irvine, GE Licensing President.


Panasonic Launches Colorful Printers/Copiers

Panasonic Digital Document Co. has introduced its line of networked C3 copy/print/scan/fax/email multifunction products in four colors to enliven today’s typically bland office environments.

“Since a major selling point of our products has always been best-in-class color reproduction, we decided that the next logical step was to make their exterior colors equally superior,” said Steve Mullin, President, PDDC.


Nature’s Grilling Products Launches Nationally

Nature’s Grilling Products has launched a line of 100% natural hardwood grilling products that target consumers seeking natural, environmentally responsible products.

Produced without synthetic chemicals or additives, Natures Grilling Hardwood, Mesquite and Hickory lines enhance rather than mask the natural flavor of grilled food and are available in natural and mainstream grocery chains.


NanOil From Green Bio-diesel Offered At Retail

Nano Chemical Systems Holdings has introduced NanOil, a two-cycle engine oil that is a “smokeless” operating, environmentally friendly “Green” product, performs as a “moly” oil and can be made from by-products of one type of Green Palm Biodiesel production. NanOil is the first commercially offered organic synthetic oil.
