Simultaneously, the percentage of respondents with 5 to 10 years of experience declined 3.7%. Highest salaries are paid in the Pacific area, where the average salary is $50,107. CMS introduces ImageMist

Using a new imaging technology called ImageMist, CMS made three-dimensional flames and other images appear in mid-air, projected on a thin curtain of super-fine water vapor particles, in the Hewlett-Packard (HP) booth at the recent Internet World trade show in Los Angeles, CA. The "fire" transformed into a spinning Hewlett-Packard domain World Cup soccer logo emphasizing HP’s involvement in the 1998 World Cup Soccer games. From this, an illuminated globe floated in air. ImageMist uses jets of finely atomized water vapor that create a very thin curtain of mist, which rises five to six feet above the generators. Rear-screen projection creates the moving images. Since little water is used, the mist can be maintained for several hours. For more information, contact CMS, 5777 W. Century Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90045; (Tel) 310-645-5604, (Fax) 310-215-3018, (Web) www.cmsbiz.com.
