MICE North America, Las Vegas, NV, announced the company has signed a letter of intent to acquire West Coast-based DisplayWorks, a designer and producer of trade show exhibits, according to CEO Paul Mullen. This is the third acquisition or start-up in the past several months and is the beginning of an aggressive North American expansion. MICE North America also added Phoenix-based Marketcraft, which specializes in trade show exhibits. In addition, MICE North America opened MICE Creative, a newly established U.S. office specializing in design and creative development for the themed entertainment industry, based in Los Angeles. MICE North America is a subsidiary of U.K.-based MICE Group PLC. Its portfolio includes visitors’ centers and trade show exhibits.
A&J Cases has introduced a new plasma display shipping case. A specially designed electrometric isolation system is used to absorb shock and vibration during shipping.
