Snapple Introduces Elements Line Of Fruit Drinks And Teas
Snapple Beverages, a division of The Triarc Beverage Group, is launching Elements, a new line of all-natural, herbal enhanced fruit drinks and teas that appeal to health conscious consumers looking for something new and exciting to drink. The new Elements product line features four fruit drinks: Earth, Sun, Fire, Rain and two teas: Lightning and Moon. Each product combines herbal ingredients and exotic fruit flavors to help consumers "refresh their natural resources."
Tasty Baking Introduces First Family Size Cake
Tasty Baking Company, Philadelphia, PA, has entered into the family-size, sweet baked goods category by offering eight varieties to its core marketing area. Marketed under the Tastkake "Classic Baked Goods" brand, these upscale, large, family-size products allow Tasty to expand its product range to the dinnertime dessert menu. The launch will be supported by an aggressive marketing and advertising campaign including new television and radio spots, sampling, special displays in the major food chains, FSI coupons and outdoor advertising.

Heritage Partners Acquires Creative Solutions Group
Heritage Partners, Inc. has acquired Creative Solutions Group, Inc. from Pentzer Corporation, the private equity subsidiary of AVISTA.
Creative Solutions Group is a leading provider of merchandising and promotion support products and services to consumer products companies and retailers through the Conocraft, Graphic Communications, Decker and White Plus Companies.
Heritage and the management team will work toward the integration of the companies as well as the identification of acquisition opportunities. ADVO'S Super Coups And coolsavings.com To Launch Local Coupon Website
ADVO, Inc., a leading targeted direct mail marketing company and coolsavings.com inc., a leader in targeted coupons and sales promotions for the Internet, are jointly marketing a co-branded local coupon Web site. The partnership is being conducted between CoolSavings and ADVO's Super Coups subsidiary, one of the nation's premier co-op, direct mail coupon companies that primarily serves the advertising needs of small neighborhood businesses, headquartered in Avon, MA.
A nationwide rollout is slated for mid-June. The new site, which will be co-branded with both the Super Coups and CoolSavings logos, will allow consumers to visit www.coolsavings.com to download coupons from neighborhood merchants throughout the U.S. as well as from CoolSavings' extensive list of national retailers and e-commerce merchants. AHL Acquires 'PIMMS' Outsourced Merchandising Services Company
AHL Services, Inc., a leading provider of outsourced solutions, is acquiring Professional Inventory Management and Merchandising Services Corporation "PIMMS". M2 Acquires The Anderson Group
M squared Creative, Inc., a Norcross, GA-based marketing and sales communications company, has acquired The Anderson Group of Atlanta. The acquisition furthers the Company's program to assemble a total package of products and services offered to support corporate marketing and sales departments.
The Anderson Group, headed by industry veteran Carl H. Anderson, adds to the mix a broad range of consumer and trade promotion, including direct mail, dealer loaders, added values, sweepstakes, games and contests, as well as point of sale design and production, tie-in partner development, mall promotions and on-packs. The Company will function as a division of M2 Creative, with Anderson as its President.
