Warner Wellcome Launches Zantac 75

Warner Wellcome Consumer Healthcare, Morris Plains, NJ, the joint venture of Warner-Lambert and Glaxo Wellcome has shipped 23 million boxes of its new Zantac 75 acid reducing tablets to 37,000 stores for the products introduction on April 23.

Interactive Hologram Supporting Mistico Launch

Mistico citrus flavored tequila has been introduced by Heublein’s Jose Cuervo.

Mistico means mysterious, and Jose Cuervo will bring the mystery of the ancient Mayans to night clubs and bars through a new technology called the Visual Active Imager.

The Visual Active Imager, from International Robotics, New York City, produces an illusion of a full motion, speaking and interactive hologram. A three-dimensional talking “Mayan” face, magically materializes on a two dimennsional surface of transparant glass to communicate the legend of the new Jose Cuevo Mistico tequila. The face maintains eye contact and can turn to follow people’s movement.
