Isabella Rossellini Creates `Manifesto' Perfume
Isabella Rossellini, the actress and model, has launched Manifesto, a new fragrance created to complement her cosmetics line. The fragrance was developed with Lancaster Group, the Paris-based division of Coty Inc. Manifesto is the first fragrance created by Rossellini in her development agreement with Lancaster Group. Rossellini created the Manifesto colour cosmetics line, and now the fragrance, in the spirit of a woman who embraces her passions, strength and singularity. The fragrance launch is supported by a print and television advertising campaign.

New Service Pops Up Coupons As Buyers Shop Online
The PopUpNotes Company, Cambridge, MA, has launched an online alert service, which detects and displays valuable discount offers that are available when shoppers visit online stores.
The PopUpNotes coupon alert system runs in the background as users surf on the Web never bothering then until there's a coupon that's relevant to a website that is being visited. Then, a coupon alert automatically pops up to let users know that the merchant they're visiting has a coupon offer for them.

Visual Circuits Expands Management Team
Visual Circuits, a Minneapolis, MN-based designer and manufacturer of digital video systems, has hired Larry Silber as Director of Marketing and Adrian Weidmann as Director of Sales. The appointments reflect Visual Circuits' tremendous growth over the past two years in which revenues have increase seven-fold.
Silber will be responsible for further identifying and developing Visual Circuits' markets, estalishing joint marketing ventures with allied technology partners as well as overseeing advertising and public relations initiatives.
