Academy Sports and Outdoors has appointed Chad Fox to a newly created role of Exec. V.P. & Chief Customer Officer. Fox will oversee omnichannel, marketing, customer insights, and customer care. Fox brings 25 years of retail, agency, and consumer packaged goods marketing experience to Academy. Previously, he served as Sr. V.P. & CMO at Dollar General.
