H&M Group Explores Tech-enabled Shopping Experiences In U.S. Stores

H&M Group is now rolling out a pilot at its COS stores in the U.S., where tech-enabled in-store shopping solutions provide visitors with seamless payment options, personalized styling recommendations, faster checkout, and upgraded delivery/return options.
Among the tech solutions in the pilot COS store in Beverly Hills, CA, are fitting rooms equipped with smart mirrors that recognize products brought into the room with the possibility to offer personalized product and styling recommendations. On the store floor, other types of smart mirrors can be used for virtual try-on and styling. It is also testing new checkout solutions and enhanced more sustainable delivery and return options.
